Preserve the future of your child. In fact, by the time s/he is grown, this totalitarian society may be able to evolve. 

Demand the following from physicians: 

- A medical certificate which stipulates that the child presents with morphological characteristics which do not facilitate the classification of the child into either of the two sexes. Demand that this certificate indicate the results of karyotype testing as well as a report of the description of the internal reproductive organs. 

- Do not accept any genital mutilation of your child and\or hormonal treatments which would not be necessary for the actual health of the child. There is no law or any doctor which can force you to accept such so-called medical procedures which infringe on the basic human rights of an individual. 

- If, however,  the doctors insist, demand that they indicate in writing the description of the surgical procedures and hormonal treatments they recommend and that they clearly explain in writing why these procedures and treatments are indispensable to protect the good health of your child.  If they refuse to give you a written record detailing why they are giving such advice (it is very likely because they are unwilling to assume responsibility for the outcome), then you are justified in being suspicious of the arbitrary use of medical power. Don't accept any treatment.  Your child is normal.  S/he is the expression of the variety inherent in nature. Love your child.  It is your love that s/he needs and not executioners in white and green lab coats.  Come and join RIFE. We will help you. You will help us change society so that you child will be considered a normal person. Tell yourself that lawyers, scientists and people in all walks of life are intersexed.  Those which have not been subjected to irreversible mutilation are just as happy as other people. 

FINE and all the other intersex organizations around the world unanimously denounce these atrocities. The medical world on the other side of the Atlantic and in Australia, which have had organizations for the intersexed since 1993, seriously doubt the justification of treatments used to normalize intersex infants.
